  • 碩、博士班：延至 115/08/15 起辦理。

1. Pre-Departure Preparation (Deadline: April 30)

  • Data Verification: Log in to MYCCU to verify your personal information (Chinese/English name and Date of Birth).

  • Critical Note: Diplomas are pre-printed. Any modifications requested after May 1 will require 5 working days to re-print.

2. Online Graduation Clearance (Starting June 6)

  1. System Path: Student Portal → All Functions → Academics → Online Graduation Clearance.

  2. Deadlines:

    • Master & PhD Students: June 6 to July 30, 2026.

    • Undergraduate Students: June 6 to September 11, 2026.

  3. Requirements: All graduation conditions must be met, and the "Graduate Career Track Survey" must be completed within the system.

    • Graduate students must also complete their thesis upload to the library system.

3. Collecting Your Physical Diploma

  • Location: Registrar’s Section (Office of Academic Affairs). Da En Building 10F

  • Required Documents: Your Student ID or Passport/National ID.

  • Proxy Collection (By a Third Party):

    • The proxy must present a completed Letter of Authorization with a copy of the graduate's ID or Passport attached to the form.
